We are looking for people who are not afraid.
We only hire people who are not afraid to express their opinion, who are not afraid to have an opinion different from others, and who are willing to be a person and not a standard middle manager.
Hiring is possible after personal communication or on the basis of a resume. If you send us a template resume, there will be no response.

– You are willing to come into the office, or work remotely;
– Not afraid to ask questions, even the stupidest.
Internship
Anyone can get an internship, but not everyone gets one. The internship lasts at least two weeks, unless, of course, your mentor gives up on you first.
During the internship, you do not solve fictional problems, but real business problems under the guidance of mentors. During the internship, the trainee receives a huge amount of useful information in a short period of time. No theory, just practice.
If you have not been kicked out, it means you have got work in your portfolio, which is not a shame to show. If you have successfully completed an internship, we are happy to welcome you to our digital team.
